管花肉苁蓉不同部位有效成分含量的考察比较

Determination on active ingredient content for different parts of cistanche tubulosa

目的考察新疆和田地区不同产地的管花肉苁蓉不同部位中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和苯乙醇总苷的含量。方法分别采用高效液相色普法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度(UV)法检测管花肉苁蓉不同部位中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和苯乙醇总苷的含量。结果同一株管花肉苁蓉中松果菊苷在根部与顶部的含量差异最大达22.4倍,毛蕊花糖苷在根部与顶部的差异最大达到16.7倍,苯乙醇总苷在根部与顶部的差异最大达到8.7倍。结论管花肉苁蓉各部位有效成分含量的差异悬殊,有效成分主要分布在根部,实验结果将为更加合理科学地使用开发管花肉苁蓉提供依据。

Objective To detect the echinacoside, acetoside and total phenylethanoid glycosides content in different parts of Cistanche tubulosa which from different area of Xinjiang Hetian.
