管花肉苁蓉不同部位有效成分含量的考察比较 被引量:21

摘要 目的考察新疆和田地区不同产地的管花肉苁蓉不同部位中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和苯乙醇总苷的含量。方法分别采用高效液相色普法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度(UV)法检测管花肉苁蓉不同部位中松果菊苷、毛蕊花糖苷和苯乙醇总苷的含量。结果同一株管花肉苁蓉中松果菊苷在根部与顶部的含量差异最大达22.4倍,毛蕊花糖苷在根部与顶部的差异最大达到16.7倍,苯乙醇总苷在根部与顶部的差异最大达到8.7倍。结论管花肉苁蓉各部位有效成分含量的差异悬殊,有效成分主要分布在根部,实验结果将为更加合理科学地使用开发管花肉苁蓉提供依据。 Objective To detect the echinacoside, acetoside and total phenylethanoid glycosides content in different parts of Cistanche tubulosa which from different area of Xinjiang Hetian. Methods Determina- tion of Cistanche tubulosa in different parts of echinacoside, acetoside and total phenylethanoid glycosides content with high performance liquid chromatograp suits The difference of echinacoside content in diff hy (HPI.C) and ultra--violet spectroscopy (UV). Re- erent parts of cistanche tubulosa was up to 22.4 times, acetoside was up to 16.7 times, total phenylethanoid glycosides reached to 8.7 times. Conclusion There were significant difference of active ingredients gredients were found in the roots. in different parts of cistanche tubulosa.
