液压顶紧器螺纹联接强度变形分析 被引量:1

摘要 液压顶紧器是焦炭塔底卸盖机中起密封作用的主要设备之一。鉴于液压顶紧器的工作环境温度高、承受载荷强度大等特点,对其与底盖装配处容易失效的螺纹进行强度与变形计算。利用ANSYS传热分析给出螺纹部分的温度进而确定材料在该温度下的力学性能,并施加预紧力及外载荷,采用非线性接触分析得出应力应变变化情况,此计算结果可为类似设备的改进设计提供一定的理论依据。 The hydraulic clamp is the important sealed equipment to coke tower in delay coking device. Because of the high temperature and large strength born by the hydraulic clamp, there is a simulation for these locations which are easy to lose effectiveness. The temperature of the loca- tion of the threaded connections, and the character of mechanics were analyzed with ANSYS. The conclusion of stress and distortion by giving the pretightening force and external applied load were obtained by using the method of nonlinear contact analysis. The result could provide the theoretical basis for the further improvement of the similar equipment.
