摘要
在新一轮课程改革与推进中,教师适应性问题得到了人们的广泛关注。通过对我国东中西代表性省市内近2500名中小学教师的问卷调查及典型性访谈表明:当前教师对课程改革的适应性在总体上表现较好,但在态度、行为、能力和理念上的适应性各有差异;不同类型的教师对课改的适应状况也体现出一定程度的差异;研究还表明,教师主体因素、课程自身的适切性、教师获得的内外环境的支持等对于教师适应性都产生了显著影响。基于调查结果,提出了理性把握现状,给予教师更多人文关怀,提升学校文化适应性,关注农村教师群体,加强课程配套措施保障等进一步改善教师适应性状况的策略建议。
During the current curriculum reform and promotion, the issue of teachers' adaptation is paid close attention. By employing questionnaire survey and typical interview on 2500 teachers of primary and middle schools from the representative province of the east, middle and west of China, it shows that the overall situation of teachers' adaptation to the new curriculum reform is good. But the adaptation in attitude, behavior, ability and concept is different and the adaptation to the curriculum reform of different types of teachers is different. The results show that teachers' subjective factor, curriculum relevancy and surrounding supports on teachers will have big effect on teachers' adapatipn to the new curriculum. Based on the investigation results, we put forward the suggestions to improve teachers' adaptation situation as following. holding present situation by rationality, giving teachers more humanistic care, promoting culture adaptations for schools, concerning the group of rural teachers, and strengthening guarantee measures of curriculum auxiliary.
