机采血小板储存期内活化和凋亡的分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的在血小板储存期内动态观察机采血小板活化和凋亡的变化,评估储存时间对血小板活化和凋亡的影响。方法利用流式细胞技术对储存2天、3天和5天的机采血小板表面P-选择素(CD62P)的表达进行检测,Annexin V染色检测血小板的早期凋亡率[血小板膜磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)的表达]。结果相对储存第2天的血小板,储存第4天和第5天的机采血小板表面CD62P的表达显著增强(P<0.05),血小板早期凋亡率也显著增加(P<0.05)。结论延长血小板的储存时间将加速血小板的活化和凋亡。
