放疗时间与宫颈癌疗效相关分析 被引量:3

Relationship between time and efficacy of radiotherapy of cervical cancer

摘要 目的研究放疗总时间对宫颈癌疗效的影响。方法观察38例Ⅱb-Ⅲa期宫颈鳞癌患者做根治性放疗内外照射治疗总时间,并对其局部复发率及5年生存率进行随访。结果治疗时间≤62d的局部控制率明显高于治疗时间〉62d的患者,5年生存率前者为75.86%,后者为55.56%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论宫颈癌放射治疗总时间越长,局部复发率越高,5年生存率也明显降低。 Objective To study the effect The total external and internal radiation time of 38 of total radiation time on cervical cancer. Methods patients with Ⅱ b-Ⅲ a stage cervical cancer underwent radical radiotherapy was observed, and its five-year survival rate and local recurrence rate were followed- up. Results The local control rate of patients with radiation time less or equal to 62 days was obviously higher than that of patients with radiation time more than 62 days, the former five-year survival rate was 75.86%, and the latter was 55.56%, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The longer the total time of radiation therapy of cervical cancer, the higher the rate of local recurrence was, and five-year survival is also significantly reduced.
