祛痰活血开窍法对脑组织缺血性损伤的保护及其机制的研究

Studies on the method of the expectorating sputum,promoting blood circulation and inducing resuscitation in protecting the ischemic cerebral damages

目的：探讨具有祛痰活血开窍功效的中药复方脑脉Ⅱ号对急性脑缺血性损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法：采用电镜技术及放射性核素示踪法等技术，从功能与结构方面进行研究。结果：脑脉Ⅱ号能减轻急性脑缺血大鼠大脑皮层组织结构的损伤程度，提高缺血脑组织的ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ Ｐｘ活性，并减少ＬＯＰ含量，能增加脑组织的３Ｈ－脱氧葡萄糖含量。结论：脑脉Ⅱ号能减小缺血对脑细胞的损伤，从而起保护作用，其作用机制可能与对抗自由基攻击和减小能量耗竭等有关。

Objective:To explore the value and mechanism of No.2 Nao mai Co.in protecting cerebral damages caused by the acute cerebral ischmia.Method:By using electron microscopy and radionuclide tracing techniques,the cerebral structures and functions were studied.Result:No.2 Nao mai Co.was proved to be effective in lowering the cerebral damages caused by the acute ischmia,raising the levels of SOD,GSH Px and reducing the LPO concentration.It also played a role in raising the concentration of 3H deoxyglucose.Conclusion:No.2 Nao mai Co.could protect the ischmeic cerebral damages whose mechanism might be related to its anti free radicals delaying the energy exhaustion.
