全结肠给药器X线监控下给药的应用研究

Clinic study of All colon Admiinistrating Device by supervision of X ray

本文以药物动力学、生物利用度及波动扩散模式作理论依据 ,在 X线监控下采用全结肠给药器给药 ,并与常规保留灌肠作对照 ,证实给药器给药不但可以充盈全结肠 ,延长保留时间和扩大药物弥散面积 ,并且实现自动化控制 ,操作简单 ,方法可靠 。

The paper described the results testing All colon Administrating Device by supervision of X ray. In the test, medical dynamics, bioavailability and passive diffusion mode were used as criteria for evaluation. The results proved that administration by All colon Administrating Device could fully fill all colon, prolong retained time and enlarge medical diffusion area, but also had advantages including realization of automatic control, simple operation and reliable method in comparison with conventional retention enema. Therefore, it could be used a conventional clinic therapy means.\;
