摘要 目的设定医院绩效评价指标。方法在文献研究的基础上,以关键业绩指标法作为构建评价指标体系的基本方法,对文献资料比较分析进行定性研究。结果根据指标需要满足的特点,归纳并设定包含物力资源、发展能力、医疗质量、工作效率、经济状况、社会效益、服务质量、病人负担情况、教育指标、预防指标、组织管理和医护定位等12个一级指标的医院绩效评价指标。结论设定适当指标,客观、公正地评价医院的整体绩效,有利于了解医院面临的机遇和挑战,从而提高医院的工作效率,增强医院的综合竞争力。 Objective To set hospital performance evaluation index. Methods On the basis of literature study, compa- rative analysis and qualitative research, which acted Key Performance Indicators as the basic method to construct evaluation index system, are used. Results According to the characteristics of the indicators required meeting, 12 first class indicators of hospital performance evaluation, including containing material resources, development capacity, medical quality, work efficiency, economic status, social benefits, service quality, patients' burden, education and prevention indicators, organizational management and staff positioning, are summarized and set. Conclusion Setting appropriate indicators and impartial evaluation of the hospital's whole performance will help to understand the opportunities and challenges faced by hospitals to improve hospital efficiency and enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital.
