摘要 在Innove工艺装置上开发了双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜专用树脂F1002B,分析测试了F1002B的灰分、等规指数、相对分子质量分布、流变性能,并与国内工业化生产的同类产品进行了对比。结果表明:F1002B的性能不同于国内同类产品;14个批次F1002B树脂的灰分均较高且波动较大;熔体流动速率波动较大;等规指数能稳定在96.5%~97.0%,黄色指数稳定,拉伸屈服应力均大于30.0 MPa,满足指标要求。 A biaxially oriented polypropylene special resin,F1002B,was developed in an Innovene plant.The ash content,isotacticity,relative molecular mass and its distribution and rheological properties of F1002B were analyzed and compared with those of the domestic commercial products of the same kind.The results show that F1002B has properties different from those of its counterparts.The ash content of F1002B produced in 14 batches is not only high but also fluctuates greatly;the melt flow rate of the resin also varies significantly.The resin has an isotacticity index generally fell in the range of 96.5%-97.0%,a stable yellow index and tensile stress at yield over 30.0 MPa.F1002B produced can fully satisfy its specifications.
