摘要
现代工程机械的主要工作装置大多采用液压控制技术实现,因此液压系统的可靠性往往对整机的可靠性产生很大的影响,而液压系统可靠性具有模糊性。首先概述了FMECA方法及其不足,用模糊综合评判方法对FMECA方法进行了改进,形成模糊FMECA方法,并将模糊FMECA方法应用于液压系统可靠性分析。结果表明,模糊FMECA方法行之有效,可为提高系统的可靠性提供有价值的帮助。
Most of working attachments for construction machinery are controlled by hydraulic control technology, so reliability of hydraulic system is of utmost importance to reliability of whole machinery. And Hydraulic system reliability is fuzzy. The method of FMECA and its defect are summarized in the article firstly, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is introduced in FMECA to form fuzzy FMECA method. Then, the fuzzy FMECA method is applied in analysis of hydraulic system reliability. The results show that the fuzzy FMECA method is effective, because it can afford valuable help for enhancing system reliability.
