摘要
分析了超高压纯水射流剥离冲击机理,提出了一种超高压纯水射流冲击的流体模拟方法,建立了纯水射流冲击的数学模型,模拟了纯水射流冲击速度场。试验与仿真对比表明:仿真模型可靠。射流压力仿真分析表明:射流冲击产生一个能量大且集中的速度核,具有较大的冲击能力,射流压力对射流冲击性能影响较大。
The stripping impact mechanism of ultrahigh pressure pure water jet was analyzed, a simulation method of ultrahigh pressure pure water jet was proposed, an ultrahigh pressure pure water jet modeling was established, and the stripping impact velocity field was simulated. The experiments and simulation show that the modeling is reliable And the contrast between experiments and simulation show that, there is a velocity nucleus with large energy in the velocity field, and the impact performance is influenced obviously by the pressure.
