摘要
本文紧扣液力变矩器在新能源领域的应用主题,阐述可调液力变矩器和行星传动装置组成的液力机械传动装置在风电领域应用的可行性,并对液力机械传动装置进行了理论分析,着重分析了行星排运动动力学方程、内啮合行星减速部件功能、可调变矩器结构与功能、变速恒频原理,并且对液力机械传动装置的控制原理进行了分析。
We focus on explaining torque converter's application in new energy field. We not only analysis the feasibility of using in the wind power generation for hydrodynamic mechanical transmission device which is consist of adjustable torque converter and planetary row transmission, but also analysis the technical base of hydrodynamic mechanical transmission device. For the technical base, we focus on analyzing planet row transmission dynamic equation, function of inside planetary gear reducer, construction and function of adjustable torque converter, principle of variable-speed with constant frequency, we also analysis how to control the hydrodynamic mechanical transmission device.
