工业锅炉冷凝水回收净化技术

工业锅炉冷凝水回收是提高锅炉热效率、降低能耗的一个重要途径之一,本文针对目前一些冷凝水回收装置增加锅炉的结垢速率和带入锅炉腐蚀性杂质的问题,提出对应措施,从根本上解决工业锅炉冷凝水回收存在的问题,达到降低锅炉能耗的目的。

Recycling of Industrial boiler condensed water is an important way of raising the thermal efficiency of boiler and reducing energy consumption, the paper aims to find a solution to the problem of present using recycling equipment, reducing the fouling rate and corrosive impurities into the boiler, finally find a fundamental solution to industrial boiler condensate recovery problems, to reduce boiler energy consumption.
