摘要
研究热处理、酸处理和碱处理三种预处理方法对固定化微生物制氢的影响。由试验得知,热处理可有效杀死产甲烷菌,使固定化微生物具有较高的累积产氢量和产氢速率。
The impacts of heat treatment,acid treatment and alkali treatment on immobilized microbial hydrogen production were studied in this paper.The research results show that immobilized microorganisms after heat pretreated have higher capacity and hydrogen production rate increased in hydrogen production because the methanogens can be effectively killed by heat treatment.
