白虎桂枝汤合四妙丸加味治疗痛风116例临床研究

Clinical Study on 116 Cases of Gout Treated by Baihu Guizhi Decoction Combined with Simiao Pills

目的:观察白虎桂枝汤合四妙丸加味治疗痛风的疗效。方法:治疗组116例用白虎桂枝汤合四妙丸加味治疗,对照组116例在饮食控制基础上用别嘌呤醇治疗,14天后统计结果。结果:总有效率治疗组86.2%、对照组37.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:白虎桂枝汤合四妙丸加味治疗痛风效果较好。

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on gout treated by Baihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Simiao Pills.Method：116 cases were treated by Baihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Simiao Pills as the study group while 116 cases were treated by allopurinol based on diet control as the control group.After 14 days,the result was checked up statistically.Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 86.2% while that of the control group was 37.9%.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.The study group was superior to the control group.Conclusion：Baihu Guizhi Decoction combined with Simiao Pills has good and safe effect on gout.
