摘要
本文对《食品安全法》实施以来全国食品安全形势进行分析,指出当前我国食品安全存在的主要问题,提出了加强食品安全工作的五项具体措施:大力开展食品安全宣传教育活动;加紧制定完善各级各类食品安全标准并切实贯彻执行;完善食品安全监管系统,强化对食品安全的全程监督;建立食品安全风险监测、评估、预警制度;加强对食品安全源头监管。
The article analysis "food safety law" since the implementation of national food security situation, pointing out that china's food safety are the main problem, it proposes strengthening the food safety of the five specific measures: to strongly carry out food safety publicity and education activities; efforts to develop improved all levels of food safety standards, effective implementation; improve the food securitymonitoring system, strengthen the entire food safety supervision; establishment of food safety risk monitoring, assessment, early warning systems; strengthen monitoring of food safety at source.
