A Study on the Technology of Infantile Weijining Mixture

以总皂甙、总多糖为指标,优选了黄芪提取工艺;以芍药甙、总有机酸为指标对白芍、山楂等药水提工艺及醇沉浓度作了优选;桂枝、枳实等药不必单独蒸馏提取挥发油,而采用与白芍等药合煎同时收集馏液;并考察了配液条件,制备了样品。

In this study, the technology of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari extraction was optimized with total saponin and polyose as indexes, and the water extract and the alcohol_sediment concentration of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Fructus Crataegi were optimized with paeoniflorin and total organic acid as indexes. It is suggested that extracting the volatile oil from Ramulus Cinnamomi and Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by separate distillation is unnecessary. The distillation fluid can be collected simultaneously by decocting the above drugs and Radix Paeoniae Alba. Besides, the conditions for fluid preparation were investigated and the samples were developed.
