摘要
超临界机翼的出现,使传统的起落架收放平面机构不再满足机翼剖面高度的限制,而收放空间机构可解决这一问题,并能将起落架受到的载荷分布到机身更多的位置.利用CATIA软件,讨论了几种起落架收放空间机构,指出一种特殊的单闭链6杆空间机构较其它方案更具优势.就此6杆空间机构,建立了起落架收放空间机构的数字样机,对起落架的收放运动进行了模拟,测量了关键点的运动参数,得出了减震支柱下表面中心点和上、下斜撑臂关节中心点的运动轨迹和速度曲线.
Traditional plane retractable mechanisms of landing gear are restricte d by supercritical airfoils,but spatial mechanisms can meet the requirements of space limit and distribute loads of landing gear among more points of the airpl ane.Several spatial mechanisms are discussed in this paper using CATIA software;a relatively simple six-bar spatial mechanism is introduced.Digital mockup of retractable landing gear based on the six-bar spatial mechanism is built,and t he landing gear mechanism kinematic simulation is conducted.Motion parameters of the key points,the center point of the support strut lower surface and the joint center point of lower and upper arm braces,are measured,and velocity cur ves of the two points are given.
