摘要 针对现有泵车监测系统中传感器布置不灵活、走线多、监测效率低等问题,利用CAN总线和ZigBee技术,在LabVIEW开发环境下设计了一套可对泵车的运行状态进行实时监测、故障报警提示、历史数据自动记录和数据分析的监测系统,实现了数据采集传输模块的CAN总线标准化和即插即用.实验表明,该系统性能稳定,传输速率快,扩展灵活,可以提高泵车的作业安全性和使用寿命. In view of the defects of inflexible layout for the sensors,complicated wiring and low efficiency of monitoring and so on in nowadays existing monitoring systems for pump truck,a monitoring system adopting CAN bus and ZigBee technology has been designed in the LabVIEW developing environment to monitor the running status of pump truck in real-time monitoring,prompt fault alarming,automatically recording and analyzing of history data,enabling standardization and plug and play of CAN bus in data acquisition and transmission module.The experimental results show that the system processes stability,high transmission rate and flexible extension,and the operation safety and service life span of concrete pump have been improved.
