新型醒酒糖作用的研究

Study on the Function of Sober up Candy

通过饲料中添加醒酒糖,对灌胃乙醇大鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、醇脱氢酶(ADH) 、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST) 活性,以及肝指数和血醇浓度的变化作了观察;结果醒酒糖可明显减少酒后肝脏上述4 种酶含量及肝指数的降低,并使血醇浓度显著下降。

The activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px),glutathione(GSH),alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and glutathione S transferase(GST),the index of liver and the concentration of alcohol in rat blood were assayed after the rats were fed with the forage containing Sober up candy.The result showed that Sober up candy could evidently inhibit the decrease of enzyme activity and liver index induced by alcohol.The concentration of alcohol in blood could be significantly decreased after treatment with Sober up candy.
