摘要 [目的]应用免疫组织化学的方法检测胃癌组织中RhoC、C-myc、EGFR的表达,观察它们与胃癌临床病理特征的关系及三者之间的相关性。[方法]应用免疫组织化学染色SP法,检测60例胃癌组织中RhoC、C-myc及EGFR的表达情况,比较RhoC表达与临床病理指标的关系,及其与C-myc、EGFR表达的相关性。[结果]随着胃癌浸润深度的加深、分化程度的降低、淋巴结转移的发生,RhoC、C-myc及EGFR的阳性表达率逐渐增高;三者在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关。[结论]RhoC的表达与胃癌生物学表现性能密切相关;在胃癌发展过程中,RhoC与C-myc和EGFR共同作用,参与细胞的癌变过程,并促进癌变细胞的浸润、转移。 [Objective]To study the expression of RhoC,C-myc and EGFR in gastric carcinoma, and their action in infiltration and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. [Methods]RhoC protein ex- pression,C-myc and EGFR protein expression were detected by immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma. RhoC protein expression was compared with clinical pathologic parameters, and the relationship of RhoC with C-myc and EGFR expressions was analyzed. [-Results] The positive percentage of RhoC,C-myc and EGFR was escalating following the advance of dis- ease. There was positive correlation among the expressions of the three proteins. [Conclusion]The expression level of RhoC protein was closely related to biological manifestations of gastric carcinoma. RhoC,C-myc,and EGFR could reflect the advance of gastric crcinoma.
