摘要
目的探讨耳别对新生儿听力筛查结果的影响。方法2008年1月～2010年1月在秦皇岛市第一医院出生的1204例新生儿分别接受左耳和右耳听力筛查，对筛查的通过率进行统计分析。本研究排除早产、窒息、高胆红素血症等可能导致听力障碍的高危因素的新生儿。结果共筛查1204例，右耳听力筛查的通过率高于左耳。结论耳别对新生儿的听力筛查结果有影响。
Objective To study the effects of ear sides on newborn hearing screening. Methods A total of 1204 newborns in the First Hospital of Qinghuangdao received the hearing screening of left and right ear respectively, excluding those with high risk factors such as premature delivery, asphyxia and hyperbilirubinemia. The screening results were statistically analyzed. Results In this study, the pass rate of hearing screening in the right ear was higher than that in the left ear, showing a significant difference. Conclusion The ear side can affect the newborn hearing screening results.
