摘要
固体材料表面上的雾化现象,对光学器件、农业用透明塑料薄膜、太阳能电池透光板等产品的应用产生严重影响。介绍了一种新型超亲水纳米二氧化硅微粒UV防雾涂料,可在高速生产状态下实现"卷对卷"塑料基材涂层瞬时UV固化,同时保持塑料基材的良好光学透明性。
Fogging is a severe problem for optical devices,transparent plate of solar cells,high transparent agricultural films and so on.A new type of UV curable superhydrophilic anti-fog coatings with silica nanoparticles was introduced.The anti-fog coatings can be cured instantaneously by UV and produced at high speed with the optical specification for the transparent substrates in roll-to-roll process.
