摘要
目的:本实验旨在观察清心饮对病毒性心肌炎小鼠的疗效、并初步探讨其细胞免疫调节机制。方法:选用BALB/c小鼠经腹腔注射含10^9TCID50柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3)的Eagle‘s MEM液建立起VMC小鼠模型。研究分业 第部分用药后通过对病毒感染后5d,10d小鼠血清肌酸磷酸激酶的分别检测和病理组织学检查,观察清心饮绎VMC小鼠的疗效;
Objective: Observing the curative effect of qingxinyin on mouse the experimental viral myocarditis and preliminarily discussing the mech- anism of regulation function of qingxinyin on celluar immunity. Mehods:BALB/C mouse was injected Edagle's us MEM conluding 10~9 TCID50 CVB3 through its abdominal cavity,the mnodel was obtained.The experiment was devided into two parts: the first respectively determinated the serum CPK content in mouse after infected CVB3 5days and 10days and photomicroscope and electro-nmicriscrope to observe the curative effect. the second respectively determinated the content of T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cell activity in spleen,Serum ICM-1,TNF-α and IL- 2 to discucss the mechanism of regulation function on celluar immunity of mouse with VMC. Result: Qingxinyin not only could decrease the content of CPK of mouse serum dose-dependently, obviously decrease inflammation of mouse cardiac muscle and stabilize microstructure of cardiac muscle cell,but the obviously decrease NK cell activity and the number ofT-lymphocyte subsets enhance abnormally in VMC in- fected mouse's spleen,meanwhile could obviously inhibit the expression of ICAM-1,TNF-α and IL- 2 in VMC infected mouse's serum. Conclusion:All these showed that the effect of qingxinyin on VMC was clearly, qingxinyin could regulate the celluar immunity disorder of mouse with VMC, decrease the attack of immunocompetent cell to cardiac musle inhibit the expression of immunoute factors to decrease the im- munity inflammation of cardiac muscle. All these maybe the main machanism of qingxinyin on VMC.
