单味活血化瘀中药及其有效成分防治肾纤维化的实验研究进展

Experimental Research Progress on Single Chinese Medicine of Activating Blood and Eliminating Stasis and Its Active Ingredients in Preventing and Treating Renal Fibrosis

对单味活血化瘀中药及其有效成分在防治肾纤维化方面的实验研究进行了综述,发现单味活血化瘀中药及其有效成分能通过多种途径减轻肾脏病理损害、改善肾脏纤维化、延缓肾功能衰竭进程。同时,分析了当前中医药防治肾纤维化研究存在的问题,并展望了未来中医药防治肾纤维化研究的发展方向。

This paper reviews the experimental research of single Chinese medicine of activating blood and eliminating stasis and its active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis,and finds that the single Chinese medicine of activating blood and eliminating stasis and its active ingredients have the positive effects to alleviate the renal pathological damages,improve renal fibrosis,and retard the progression of renal failure by a variety of ways.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current problems existed in the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis with Chinese medicine,and points out the developmental direction of Chinese medicine for prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis.
