主动脉夹层患者长途转运的探讨

Analysis of 26 patients with aortic dissection in long distance transportation

目的 探讨主动脉夹层患者长途转运的可行性.方法 回顾性分析26例主动脉夹层患者的长途转运流程及效果.结果 26例主动脉夹层患者在长途转运中8例病情较平稳,另18例出现病情变化,及时给予相应处理处理后17例转危为安,另1例死亡,总体转运成功率96.15%.结论 转运前详细地了解病情及充分准备,途中处理措施得当,此类患者可以成功转运.

Objective To explore the practicability of patients with aortic dissection in long diatance transportation. Methods The processes and results of 26 cases with aortic dissection in long distance transportation were analyzed. Results There were 8 cases smoothly transport in all 26 cases of aortic dissection and 17 cases were not smoothly who were given proper treatment in time and transported sucessfully,a case died. Conclusions Learning more patient＇s conditions, taking measures correctly, these patients could be transported successfully.
