模拟人在产科急救培训教学中的应用

Application of Simulator in Maternity First-aid Training

目的 为提高产科住院医师的急救技能,用模拟人进行急救培训.方法 在住院医师中,应用NOELLE分娩模型,进行新生儿复苏急救及产妇休克、产后出血、心肺复苏、胎儿窘迫、子痫、肩难产、产钳助产的急救综合训练,课程结束后进行模拟实战演练,由专业医师进行考评,并对学员的问卷反馈进行统计分析.结果 模拟产科急救演练的合格率达94.8%;100%学员认为有必要开设此训练,93.75%学员认为实用性强.100%学员认为对临床能力帮助很大,100%学员操作能力得到提高,87.5%学员集体协作能力得到提高,75%学员提高了沟通能力.结论 通过模拟人训练,能够提高产科医师急救技能.

Objective To determine whether a simulated training scenario improves obstetric resident competency in the treatment of obstetric emergency. Methods By using NOELLE birthing simulator, the residents were trained on neonatal resuscitation, and emergency treatment of maternity shock, postpartum hemorrhage, CPR（cardio-pulmonary resuscitation）, fetal distress, eclampsia, shoulder dystocia and forceps delivery. They were subsequently tested on a standardized emergency scenario and their performance was evaluated with expertise. Besides, the questionnaires on training were collected and analyzed. Results 94.8% of the residents passed the test. The questionnaires show that 100% trained residents thought it necessary to offer the training course; 93.75% considered such training highly practical; 100% belived it helpful to clinical ability; Through training, 100% improved operative skills; 87.5% strenghened their cooperation, and 75% promoted their communication. Conclusion Simulated training can enhance obstetrician＇ first aid skills and therefore is worth spreading.
