PICC置管致上肢静脉血栓形成的护理 被引量：5

摘要 中心静脉导管（Peripherally Inserted Central VenousCatheters ,PICC）是经外周静脉穿刺,置入中心静脉导管,使其头端送达上腔静脉.临床上常适用于恶性肿瘤患者中长期和间歇化疗治疗及营养支持,留置时间为6～12个月,可避免患者反复静脉穿刺带来的痛苦及化疗药物外渗引起的静脉炎及静脉硬化.PICC置管常并发症有血栓性静脉炎,导管堵塞,导管相关感染等,偶发深静脉血栓.武警总医院肿瘤二科于2010年1月～2011年5月共行PICC 127例, 1例患者留置PICC过程中出现上肢静脉血栓,现将对其的护理报道如下.
