摘要
LOX-1生理情况下表达很低,但其表达可以受多种因素的影响而上调。LOX-1与eNOS、肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统、内皮素1、内皮素转化酶1相互作用,共同促进高血压的发生发展。高血压、高脂血症通过LOX-1互相促进彼此的病理生理进程。
Expression of LOX-1 is very low in normal physiological conditions, but it can be heightened by many factors. LOX-1 interacts with eNOS, renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, endothelin 1 and endothelin converting enzyme 1, resulting in hypertension's occurance and development which interact with hyperlipemia through LOX-1.
