人工剥膜结合催产素在引产中的应用

Application of artificial stripping membrane combined with oxytocin in induced labor

目的探讨人工剥膜结合催产素在引产中应用的效果。方法选择足月妊娠因各种原因需引产孕妇60例(单胎头位,无明显阴道分娩禁忌证),随机分为两组,治疗组30例,采用人工剥膜结合催产素引产;对照组30例,采用催产素引产。比较两组的疗效及进入产程需要的时间。结果在引产的疗效方面,人工剥膜结合催产素引产组与催产素引产组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.65,P<0.01);从开始诱发至进入产程所需时间方面,人工剥膜结合催产素引产组与催产素引产组比较差异有统计学意义(t=14.8,P<0.01)。讨论人工剥膜结合催产素引产疗效可靠,具有简便安全、缩短进入产程时间、产妇痛苦小等优点。

Objective To investigate the application value of artificially stripping membrane technique combined with oxytocin in induced labor.Methods 60 full-term pregnant women needing induced labor,singleton and cephalic presentation without obvious vaginal delivery contraindications,were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group（30 cases） received induced labor by artificial stripping membrane combined with oxytocin,while the control group（30 cases） adopted induced labor by oxytocin.The effects and the time entering labor process were compared between the two groups.Results The effects of induced labor showed statistical difference between two groups（χ2=6.65,P0.01）.Significant difference were obtained in the time required from induce beginning to labor process had statistical difference between the two groups（t=14.8,P0.01）.Conclusion Artificial stripping membrane combined with oxytocin has definite effect in induced labor with the characteristics of simplicity,security,shorter time entering labor,small maternal anguish and so on.
