断指再植20例围术期的护理

Experience in perioperative nursing in 20 cases of severed finger replantation

目的探讨断指再植围术期的护理情况,以提高护理质量,减少手术并发症。方法回顾性分析20例断指再植患者的临床资料,对患者实施全面细致的护理。结果 20例患者随访2周至1年,18例功能恢复良好,2例部分功能障碍。结论科学的综合护理和功能锻炼,是断指再植获得满意疗效的重要保证。

Objective To investigate the nursing situation in severed finger replantation to improve the nursing quality and reduce the surgical complications.Methods The clinical data in 20 cases of severed finger replantation were retrospectively analyzed.The patients received the comprehensive and careful nursing.Results All cases in this group were followed up from 2 weeks to 1 year.The function recovered well in 18 cases.2 cases had partial dysfunction.Conclusion The scientific integrated nursing care and functional training are the important guarantee to obtain satisfactory curative effects.
