羟基喜树碱联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤疗效观察

Effective observation of hydroxyl camptothecin combining chemotherapy for treating advanced malignant digestive tract tumor

目的观察以羟基喜树碱(hydroxy camptothecin,HCPT)为主联合化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤近期疗效及不良反应。方法采用以HCPT为主,联合5-FU化疗治疗晚期消化道恶性肿瘤,将患者分为对照组与治疗组各100例,常规对症治疗。结果治疗组近期有效20例,显效10例,总有效率30%;对照组有效率为0,治疗组较对照组患者的生存期明显提高,治疗组平均生存期7.99个月,对照组平均生存期1.60个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HCPT是治疗晚期消化道肿瘤比较安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the effects and adverse reactions of hydroxyl camptothecin（HCPT） combining chemotherapy for treating advanced digestive tract tumor.Methods 100 cases of advanced malignant digestive tract tumor were mainly treated by HCPT combining 5-FU chemotherapy（treatment group） and other 100 cases in the control group received the conventional therapy.Results In the treatment group,the short-term effects were in 20 cases and the excellent effects in 10 cases with the total effective rate of 30%.But the effective rate in the control group was 0%.The average survival period was 7.99 months in the treatment group and 1.60 months in the control group,showing the survival period in the treatment group was significantly increased than that in the control group.Conclusion HCPT is a more effective and safer drug for treating advanced digestive tract tumor.
