摘要
目的研究荷叶铁线蕨抗菌水提醇沉液的最佳制备方法。方法采用正交设计试验法进行水提醇沉液工艺的用水量(A)、煎煮时间(B)、浓缩比例(C)、乙醇浓度(D)4因素3水平的实验研究,以其提取液对铜绿假单胞菌的药敏试验为指标判断抑菌效果,根据抑菌效果判断最佳制备方法。结果荷叶铁线蕨抗菌水提醇沉液的最佳制备条件为:煎煮用水量分别为生药量的6倍、4倍、4倍;煎煮时间分别为60、40、30 min;提取浓缩液为1.5∶1;醇沉液含醇量70%。结论筛选出了荷叶铁线蕨的最佳水提液制备方法。
Objective To study the optimal preparation method of Adiantum reniforme var.sinense antimicrobial water extract.Methods 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal design was used by selecting the quantity of water(A),extracting time(B),condensation ratio(C) and the concentration of ethanol(D) as four main factors.The inhibitory effect was evaluated with the drug sensitivity test of the extract solution to Pseudomonas aeruginosa as the indicator.The optimal preparation method was judged according to the bacteriostatic effects.Results The optimaI extract condition of Adiantum reniforme var.sinens water extract was: the quantity of water used for extract was 6,4,4,times of the quantity of the Adiantum reniforme var.sinens respectively and the extract time was 60,40,30 min respectively.The extract concentration was 1.5∶1 and the first concentration of ethano1 was 70%.Conclusion The optimal water extract technique of Adiantum reniforme var.sinens is screened out.
