摘要
采用TLC法对舒乐宁洗剂中地肤子及蛇床子进行了定性鉴别,薄层扫描法测定苦参碱及盐酸小檗碱含量。苦参碱在1.0～5.0μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.52%,RSD为0.81%;盐酸小檗碱在1.1～5.5μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.63%,RSD为1.88%。
In this study, Fructus Kochiae and Fructus Cnidii in Shulening lotion were identified by thin_layer chromatography, and matrine and berberine by TLC_scanner. A good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.0 μg to 5.0 μg of matrine, the average recovery was 98.52% and the RSD was 0.81 %. As for berberine, a good linearity was shown at the concentration of 1.1 μg to 5.5 μg, the average recovery was 97.63% and the RSD was 1.88 %.
