睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)对机体记忆的影响可通过多种机制实现。海马的突触可塑性是研究学习记忆机制的重要目标,长时程增强(long-term potentiation,LTP)和长时程抑制(long-term depression,LTD)是突触可塑性重要的功能指标,因而与SD造成的记忆损伤有关。

The influence of sleep deprivation（SD） on the memory function can be realized through a variety of mech-anisms.Hippocampal synaptic plasticity is the important target of the mechanisms of learning and memory,long-term potentia-tion（LTP）and long-term depression（LTD） are the important functional indicators of synaptic plasticity,thus,which is related with memory impairment caused by SD.
