宁波市2009-2010年学生常见病监测结果分析

Monitoring results of common diseases among students in Ningbo from 2009 to 2010

目的:了解宁波市学生常见病监测结果及变化规律,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法:收集宁波市2009-2010年监测点14 992例中小学生健康监测资料进行统计分析,结果:学生常见病检出率依次为视力不良(6245%)、龋齿(22.06%)、营养不良(1227%)、贫血(7.51%)、肥胖(642%)、沙眼(1.58%)和蠕虫(0.29%)。视力不良、龋齿和营养不良检出率在不同年级中初中生高于小学生,而小学生的贫血和肥胖检出率高于初中生,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年份中视力不良检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其它各项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生视力不良检出率仍处于常见病的首位,且视力不良、营养不良和肥胖有所上升,龋齿和贫血检出率下降,沙眼和蠕虫检出率均低于2%,处于常见病的低位,结论:学生沙眼、蠕虫防治工作取得了一点成绩,但视力不良率仍居高不下需引起高度重视。

Objective To learn about the monitoring results and variation of common diseases among students in Ningbo so as to provide prevention and control with scientific basis. Methods Health data from 14992 students were analyzed in monitoring points from 2009 to 2010. Results The rates of common diseases were poor eyesight （62. 45%）,decayed tooth （22.06%）,malnutrition （12.27%）,anemia （7.51%）,obesity （6.42%）,traehoma （1.58%）, and worm （0.29 %）. The rates of poor eyesight,decayed tooth and malnutrition were all higher in junior high school students than those in primary school students, and the rates of anemia and obesity were higher in primary school students than those in junior high school students, both with significant differences （P 〉 0. 05）There were no significant differences in the rates of poor eyesight detected in different months （P〉0.05）Poor eyesight was the first common disease of studentsThe rates of poor eyesight,malnutrition and obesity increased,while there was a decrease in the rates of decayed tooth and anemia. The rates of trachoma and worm were all lower than 2% ,being the last of the common diseases. Conclusion Achievement has been made in prevention and control of trachoma and worm ,but we should pay close attention to the high rate of poor eyesight.
