摘要
目的总结外科学课程实施教考分离的经验,检验教学效果。方法构建外科学题库,应用我院自主研发的自动组卷系统自动组卷,对我校医学二系2006级临床医学专业81名本科生的外科学期末考试实行教考分离,使用试卷定量分析系统对试卷及考试成绩进行统计分析。结果试卷分析表明自动组卷的试卷设计合理,试题难度中等,区分度稍差;成绩分析表明,分数近似正态分布。结论本试卷能较全面地考查学生对外科学课程知识的掌握程度,试卷难度适中,区分度稍差,可信度较好。
Objective To test the teaching effect,summarize the experience of implementing teaching-examination separation in the surgery curriculum.Methods Constructing the surgery item pool,using the self-research auto-composing paper system to compose the test paper,the teaching-examination separation was performed in 81 undergraduate students in clinical surgery of grade 2006,and the final examination results were analyzed by Paper Quantitative Analysis System.Results The surgery item pool is reasonable in design and rich in content,and the auto-composing paper system was optimized by the improved genetic algorithm.The paper analysis showed that the examination paper was designed reasonably,while the score analysis showed that the scores approximated normal distribution.Conclusion We can assess the surgery proficiency of students by this test paper,though the difficulty of the examination paper is moderate,the differentiation is not high and the credibility is good.
