An Analysis of Changes of the System of Produce Distribution and Its Suggestions since the Founding of New China

20世纪50年代以来,伴随着中国经济体制的市场化改革,农产品流通体制发生了巨大的变化,核心是从计划经济体制向市场经济体制过渡。中国农产品物流模式也随着市场经济发育程度发生演变,经历了计划经济时期农产品物流发展的起步阶段、转型期双轨制阶段和市场经济时期快速发展阶段。农产品流通体制由统购统销向市场化改革演变历程既体现出中国共产党不断在变迁的历史条件下对社会主义与时俱进的理解,同时也受到中国经济社会发展中解决一系列深层次问题的客观推动。农产品物流制度变迁与我国经济体制改革的实践和各个时期经济发展的某些特殊条件密切相关,这对于认识中国经济体制演进的内在规律和当代中国改革发展中面临的许多问题具有重要意义。

Since the 1950＇s,great changes have taken place to the produce distribution system with marketization of Chinese economic system,the key of which is a transition from planned economy to market economy.The model of produce distribution in China has been evolving with advancement of market economy,experiencing respectively the starting stage under planned economy,the double-tracing stage in the period of economic transformation and the stage of accelerating development in the period of market economy.This evolution from state-controlling purchase and distribution to marketizing reform manifests the Communist Party of China＇s advancing-with-the-times understanding of socialism under continuous historical changes and objective encouragement out of practice of solving a series of deep-seated problems arising in the course of development of Chinese economy.The above analysis shows that the evolution of system of produce distribution is closely connected with our practice of reforming the economic system and some special conditions in economic development in different historical periods,which is of great importance to recognizing the internal rules in the evolution of Chinese economic system.
