过度惊恐型肾虚质大鼠血清细胞因子水平变化的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究肾虚质大鼠血清IL-10I、L-6I、L-2、TNF-αI、FN-γ变化情况,探讨肾虚体质免疫稳态失衡的内在机理。方法采用惊恐方法,建立过度惊恐致肾虚质的动物模型,研究肾虚质大鼠血清IL-10I、L-6、IL-2、TNF-αI、FN-γ及补肾药的干预作用。结果模型组IL-10I、L-2I、FN-γ的含量低于空白组;IL-6、TNF-α含量高于空白组,其中IL-10I、FN-γ的降低有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用补肾中药干预后其血清其IL-10I、L-2I、FN-γ的含量有所升高I,L-6,TNF-α含量降低,其中IL-10的降低有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论建立过度惊恐致肾虚质的动物模型,具有中医理论特色和操作的可行性。肾虚质大鼠免疫稳态失衡状态可能与细胞因子IL-10I、L-2I、FN-γI、L-6、TNF-α等的异常有关,而补肾中药可以在一定程度上改善肾虚质大鼠机体免疫功能的降低及紊乱。 Objective To study the varying condition of serum IL-10、IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ in rats with kidney deficiency and to discuss the inside mechanism of unbalanced immunologic homeostasis for kidney deficiency condition.Methods The panic and scared method were employed to establish the rat model with kidney deficiency caused by excessive terror to study the serum IL-10、IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α、IFN-γ and the intervention effects.Results IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ levels in model group were lower than those in control group;IL-6、TNF-α levels were higher than those in the control group.The reduce of IL-10、IFN-γ is statistically significant(P〈0.05).After the intervention of Chinese kidney-supplementing drugs,IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ increased,while IL-6,TNF-α decreased,among which,the reduce of IL-10 was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Establishing animal models with kidney deficiency caused by excessive terror had traditional Chinese medical characteristics and it was feasible in clinical practice.The unbalanced immunologic homeostasis condition in rats with kidney deficiency may be related to the abnormal condition of IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-6、TNF-α.And,traditional Chinese medicine with the function of supplementing the kidney can partly improve the immune function and its disorders of rats with kidney deficiency.
