吡格列酮对糖耐量减低患者氧化/抗氧化状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 氧化应激是指机体在遭受各种有害刺激时体内高活性分子如活性氧自由基(reactive oxygenspecies,ROS)的产生过多,所致的组织和细胞的一种病理生理反应。在正常生理条件下,体内氧化和抗氧化系统保持动态平衡,既保证正常氧化应激反应,又防止ROS对人体的危害。只有在ROS生成过盛,抗氧化酶表达不足,氧化和抗氧化平衡失调,ROS不能及时清除,体内大量积蓄时,才会引起细胞和组织的损伤。
