摘要
分析了某亚临界锅炉受热面超温的原因,探讨了在锅炉设计、系统优化、设备选型、运行调整等方面的对策和措施,有的已经在实际工作中付诸实施,有的还在方案论证和完善之中,期望通过一系列的改进措施,从根本上解决锅炉受热面超温的问题,避免设备损坏。
Based on the analysis of overheating issues occurred in heating surfaces of one subcritical boiler,several measures that may be valuable for boiler design,system optimization,equipment selection and operation adjustment are proposed.Some of the measures have been applied,while the others are still under argumentation.It is desired that the issues can be solved thoroughly using the improvement measures to avoid the further damage of devices.
