摘要
应用组织工程材料制造的人工骨能够适时降解并诱导成形,而成为最理想的骨组织人工替代方法。采用快速成形(RP)技术制造人体骨,此法得到的人工骨在材料种类、微观组织结构和生理功能等方面均与人骨高度相似,而采用骨水泥,或含有烧结等步骤,将不具有这种相似性;人骨生长因子(BMP)的复合通过特殊处理,使之达到多维复合,并且具有缓释功效,大大有利于愈合。
Healthy life is a common desire of all people, but diseases and hurts often cause damnification or functional forfeiture of human organs. The traditional embedded artificial organs to cure the illness are always foreign matters inside the human bodies, and can only partly simulate the functions of the genuine apparatus. The man-made ones with tissue engineering materials by inducement fabrication become the ideal curing method both now and in the future for they are able to degrade and form new real organs The method of inducement fabrication of the man-madeorgans with tissue engineering materials by rapid prototyping (RP) manufacturing and the categories are introduced in this paper. The RP manufacturing for tissue engineering materials of big segment bone is the most important among the man-made bone organs Based on our supported method, the man-made bone is very similar to the real bone in material composition, micro-structure and mechanical properties Especially, if we use the Normal Temperature Mul-ti-Insufflation Forming(NTMF) developed by ourselves, this man-made bone will be used for orthopedics well The human organs fabricated by this method will soon create a new industry with great market potential, for most of the human organs will be able to be inducement fabricated
