摘要
为了减少消防车制造企业工业设计师进行产品设计时的重复性设计工作,提高数字化通用模型的利用率,结合消防车外观部件数字化设计时的特点,利用VB语言对三维造型软件Rhino的二次开发技术构建出基于Rhino平台消防车快速外观造型系统。该系统通过调用基础部件模型,设定部件的参数,缺省指定约束部件材质,可快速生成消防车造型设计参照。在此基础上进行全新部件设计,可避免消防车数字化模型设计过程中重复建模、重复指定材质等问题。通过实例验证,该系统可以有效提高消防车外观设计效率和设计质量。
In order to reduce repeat design work of designers of the fire fighting vehicle manufacturing firm and raise the application frequency of the digitized general model,the rapid appearance design system of fire fighting vehicle which integrate the characteristic of appearance part is developed based on the re-developing of 3D software Rhino with VB language.Through transfer foundation model,set parameter of part,assign material quality default,the system can produce the reference of fire fighting vehicle fast.The designing of the new part based on reference may avoid much repeat work in the fire fighting vehicle digitization model designing process.In the last,a practice proves that the system enhances observably the efficiency and quality in fire fighting vehicle appearance design.
