2005-2010年上海市护理管理论文撰写及其刊发现状分析

Status of Shanghai nursing management research papers' publication in recent five years (2005-2010)

目的:通过对2005-2010年期间公开发表的上海市护理管理论文的现状回顾,分析上海市护理管理研究的现状、方向、热点以及成果。方法:通过文献计量学的方法分析2005年1月至2010年12月上海市护理人员发表于中国科技核心期刊上的421篇护理管理论文。结果:①护理管理研究者素质整体较高,参与护理管理研究的人员主要为:年龄在41～51岁,学历为本科,职称为中级的护理人员。②论文数量稳定,以人力资源管理(40.61%)为热点,回顾性研究较多(62%),论文发表地域集中趋势明显。③护理管理研究单位以三级医院为主,研究人员合作较多,但多中心合作(10.93%)、基金支持(8.55%)和病区层面的管理研究有待发展。结论:新时期护理管理者应抓住护理管理中的关键问题,进一步强化护理管理科学研究,以科研成果带动护理管理的科学化发展。

Objective： To explore the status, direction, hot spots and achievements of nursing management research by analyzing the papers published from 2005 to 2010 in Shanghai.Methods： Bibliometrics were adopted in the study to analyze 421 papers published in peer reviewed nursing journals from Jan 2005 to Nov 2010 written by nurse managers in Shanghai.Results： The main authors involved in nursing management research were 41 to 51 years old who had undergraduate course education background and the intermediate professional title. The quantity of nursing management papers maintained in a stable level. The research focused on human resources management（40.61%）, While most of them were reviews （62%）. Most research sites were tertiary general hospitals. They had obvious regional characteristics. Cooperation between researchers increased in recent years, but multi-central cooperation（10.93%）, research fund （8.55%） and the study in the clinical ward needed to be strengthened. Conclusion We should focus on the key points and develop nursing management research, and then promote the scientific development of nursing management in the new period.
