摘要 目的:探讨局部低温对肢体缺血/ 再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:48 只兔分成常温、甘露醇、15 ℃、10 ℃和5 ℃共5 组。血管夹阻闭股动脉。5h 后放松,并施以保护因素。胫前肌镜检。静脉血生化检测。结果:各项检查均提示低温组有意义,15 ℃组及10 ℃组更好。结论:局部低温可减轻肢体缺血/ 再灌注损伤。 Objective: To study the protective role of regional hypothermia in limb ischemia/reperfusion damage. Methods:48 rabbits were divided into 5 groups: the normothermia, the mannitol, the 15℃, the 10℃,and the 5℃. The femoral arteries were clamped. 5 hours later, the clips were removed and five groups were given protective factors respectively. Tibia anterior muscles were resected for histological examination. Blood was collected from the veins for measurements of CK, LDH, AST, SOD, and MDA. Results: Every examination indicated that the hypothermia groups were good and the 15℃ and the 10℃ were better. Conclusion: The studies provide strong evidence that regional hypothermia is an effective, safe, economical and clinical method to protect the limb from ischemia/reperfusion damage.
