摘要 目的:探讨一种科学、客观、高效的手术室护理管理新模式,提高护理质量,为持续推进"优质护理服务示范工程"奠定基础。方法:明确考核指标,制定详细考核办法,将工作量单因素考核模式转变为工作量、护理质量、满意度评价相结合的多因素综合考核模式;落实层级管理制度,建立个人自评、组长监督、护士长抽查相结合的评价方法。结果:护理人员工作积极性、服务质量、患者与医生满意度及全员综合素质均明显提高。结论:采用绩效量化考核体系作为新形势下手术室护理管理模式,能有效提高手术室护理服务质量与管理水平,提高护理人员工作满意度和成就感。 Objective: To investigate a scientific, objective and effective pattern of nursing management to improve the efficacy of nursing management in operating room and provide basis for promoting the demonstrating project of high-quality nursing service. Methods: Identifying the quantifying index of performance assessment, making detailed methods of assessment, changing the single factor nursing quality model of operating room into multi-factor comprehensive assessment model; implementing tier of management system; Establishing assessment model combining self-assessment, group leader supervision and head-nurse random inspection. Results: The activeness of nursing staff and quality of service was increased, as well as the degree of satisfaction of the doctor and the patient, and the comprehensive quality of nursing staff. Conclusion: As a new pattern of nursing management system in operating room, effective quantifying performance assessment system can promote the efficacy of nursing work and nursing management, and enhance the degree of satisfaction and sense of achievement of the nursing staff in the future.
