膀胱过度活动症行为治疗的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 膀胱过度活动症（overactive bladder，OAB）是一种常见的下尿路症状（lower urinary tract symptoms，LUTS），其临床表现主要为尿急、可伴或不伴急迫性尿失禁，通常伴尿频和夜尿，其病因尚不明确，无膀胱病理或感染的征象，一般为排他性诊断。其治疗方法有药物治疗、手术治疗以及骶神经刺激等方式，但对一部分患者这些治疗的疗效可能仍不能达到满意程度。这时，仍可考虑一种基本的但较为有效的治疗方式，
