Communist Party of the Russian Federation from the Perspective of Party Politics

俄共建立20年来,其发展受到俄罗斯政党政治演变的制约和重大影响。与此同时,俄共在俄罗斯政党政治的发展过程中扮演了极其重要的角色,尤其是1993年恢复重建以来,俄共的存在促进了俄罗斯政党政治的规范和完善,对俄罗斯政党政治的发展起着特殊的作用。但是俄共在参加政党政治的问题上仍然存在诸多的难题。俄共的发展应当引起整个俄罗斯社会的关注,而俄共自身更应痛定思痛,通过改革重新走向复兴之路。

During the 20 years after its establishment, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation＇ s development has been constrained and greatly influenced by the evolution of Russia＇ s party politics. At the same time, the Communist Party played an essentially important role in the development of Russian party politics. Espe- cially, the existence of the Russian Communist Party after its 1993 restoration promoted the standardization and im- provement of Russian party politics and therefore made special contribution to the development of Russian party pol- itics. However, there are still many difficulties for the Russian Communist Party to participate party politics. The development of Russian Communist Party should arouse attention of the entire Russian society. The Russian Com- munist Party should take its painful experience to heart and march toward the path of rejuvenation through reform.
