摘要
进行了11株不同根瘤菌菌株与5种北方寒地草场中主栽苜蓿品种的最佳共生匹配试验,根据接种后的植株株高、叶片颜色、结瘤数、瘤干重、地上部分干重等指标,从中筛选出了五种与寒地主栽不同苜蓿品种最佳共生匹配的苜蓿根瘤菌菌株,为这些北方寒地草场中主栽苜蓿品种的栽培生产提供了高效根瘤菌接种剂种源。
Optimum symbiosis matching test was conducted on 11 different strains of Rhizobium with 5 alfalfa cuhivars in the northern cold grasslands. According to plant height, leaf color, numbers of nodules, dry tumor weight, dry shoot weight and other indicators after inoculation, five alfalfa cultivars were selected from varieties of Sinorhizobium meliloti strains that can match optimal symbiosis of cold northern grassland, to provide efficient Rhizobium inoculants.
