引进俄罗斯苏云金芽孢杆菌菌株A1.2/92的发酵研究

Study on Fermentation of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.sotto A1.2/92 Introduced from Russia

介绍经研究确定引进的俄罗斯苏云金芽孢杆菌菌A1.2/92的发酵条件、生产方法和大量生产的Bt制品的活性测定技术。通过摇瓶培养,利用20L发酵罐和500L发酵罐发酵,建立了完善发酵条件和活性测定技术,获得了高活性的生物杀虫剂(Bt),供温室和田间应用。

This paper introduced the fermented condition and produted method of Bacillus thuringiensis subsp.sotto A 1. 2/92 introduced from Russia. The activity determination of Bt production on large scale and the interior and field application effect were also reported in this paper. The fermented condition and activity determination method were established and improved by the experimentof shake flask, 20 litres of fermentation tank and 500 litres of fermentation tank. Biological pesticide with high activity was obtained and applied in greenhouse and the field.
